Ferney grew up in Mexico City, and moved to the US in 2002. He became a US citizen in 2004 when he moved to the DFW area. Ferney began working for Steamaway® in 2009. At that time, he was part of the Steamaway® mobile power washing crew. He became wash bay supervisor in 2012. His job for the last 2 years has been focused on customer service, and team leadership. He works to make sure that our crews clean every piece of equipment until the customer is satisfied.
Logan is from Iowa originally and recently moved to DFW to pursue his career in Pressure Washing. Logan met Michael when he attended his 5 day pressure washing school here in Fort Worth, TX. Logan was recruited by Steamaway® after attending Michael’s pressure washing school in the Winter of 2012 and has been loving Texas ever since. Logan is our Field Supervisor and works with the crews daily to ensure they are keeping our wash quality up to par. Logan’s main focus is keeping customers happy. He also does weekly scheduling for the crews as well as making sure the equipment is running well and keeping supplies in stock.
Originally from New York City, Jose has been in Fort Worth since 2007 and with Steamaway since 2011. Jose started as the Field Supervisor – Mobile Division where he was in charge of outfitting crews with required equipment and supplies, scheduling, and performing quality controlchecks to ensure company and customer requirements were being met. Jose was promoted to Sales Executive & On-Site Mobile Coordinator in June of 2011; his duties include signing new accounts, training crews on how to meet and exceed the customer’s expectations for their on-site cleaning. With over 30 years of hands-on, shoulder-to-shoulder customer service experience Jose is knowledgeable and prepared to help make your relationship with Steamaway the best it can be.
Michael started Steamaway®, Inc. in 1985 while still attending High School. While working evenings and weekends to provide quality truck washing service, he attended the University of Texas in Arlington and graduated in 1991 with a degree in Accounting. In 1992, he was a founding board member for the national trade association Power Washers of North America, PWNA. He donated fifteen years of service and held many different positions including the President. He expanded the services of Steamaway to include professional hood cleaning and eventually spun it off into a sister company, Facilitec Southwest. Most recently, Michael purchase PowerWash.com and national provider of quality power wash equipment, supplies, parts, detergent.
